RELEASING THROAT & STOMACH TENSIONS

When: Whenever you feel a chocking in the throat.
Duration: 3-4 weeks

Step 1: Throat

            “Start doing 2 things. One: Whenever you feel chocking start chanting loudly. Any sound that you feel like, any gibberish will do. Or if you feel like singing a song, sing, but in that moment you should start using the throat. It is good to just create meaningless sounds. They are more helpful, because with meaning things become very very limited…so ‘ahhhahhh’ or anything that comes at that moment. Just feel the body and allow it and sway.”

Step 2: Stomach

            “just close your eyes and put the hand where you are feeling the tension, and start moving upwards with your hands slowly, and bring it to throat. And when it has come to the throat, make a meaningless sound.

            “I f its in the throat, its good, make sounds. Else first bring it to the throat. Just direct it, say to it ‘come on!’ and it will come up. Collect it there and then burst into a song.

            “It will take 3-4 weeks but it will disappear, and once it is gone you will feel very very free.”
